Handling Fee

Triple A Research Journal is a self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any institution/government. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the processing fees received from authors. The processing fees are required to meet operations expenses such as employees’ salaries, internet services, electricity etc. Being an Open Access Publisher, Triple A Research Journal does not receive payment for subscription as the journals are freely accessible over the internet.

It costs money to produce a peer-reviewed, edited, and formatted article that is ready for online publication, and to host it on a server that is freely accessible without barriers around the clock. We ask that the author, institution, or funding agency pays a modest fee of $200 to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step of publication.

It is the vision of Triple A Research Journal to support the Open Access initiative. All journals by Triple A Research Journal are published without restriction to the global community. We strongly believe that the open access model will spur researches across the world especially in developing nations as researchers gain unrestricted access to high quality research articles.

It is the policy of Triple A Research Journal not to request for grants for its operations as grants sometimes fail forcing the organization to discontinue its operations. Rather we have chosen the model of self sustenance through collecting processing fee for articles published.

Authors are required to make payment only after their articles have been accepted. Thus, we resulted to collecting the processing fee once an article has been reviewed and accepted for publication by an editor. Also, most authors receive a partial waiver (usually 70% – 90% – sometimes articles are published free of charge) depending on the country or sponsorship of the author. Waivers account for about 90% of all published articles.

Processing fees are usually paid via wire transfer, Western Union, Bank Deposit or Electronic Fund Transfer.

Triple A Research Journal grants waiver to some authors who are unable to afford manuscript handling fee. Authors who wish to apply for waiver must demonstrate their inability to afford the manuscript handling fee.

Corresponding authors requesting for these waiver must strongly demonstrate why their waiver applications should be granted. Authors who are eligible for waivers should apply immediately after the submission of their manuscripts.

Request for a waiver must be sent to the Accounts Unit (accounts@triplearesjournal.org) same day acknowledgement of submitted manuscript is received.

Waiver request should contain the following information:
Manuscript number
Manuscript title
Corresponding Author Affiliation and Country
List co-author(s) Affiliation(s) and Country
Reason for requesting a waiver

Triple A Research Journal reserve the right to approve or reject a waiver application. Waiver decision will be communicated to the corresponding author within few days after the application is received.
